My Mission

Life can get difficult and everyone faces challenges from time to time. My objective as a therapist is to provide specialized support in individual or couples counseling, and to create a trustful environment where clients find the answers or resolutions they are looking for.

Are there elements in your life you are trying to get a better handle on? Or are you looking to make sense of relationship dynamics? Do you wish things personally were better, but you don't know how to get there? You CAN feel empowered by an expanding of your understanding, gathering insight, and educating the choices you make in how you decide to live your everyday life. I work with adults and couples to help make sense of obstacles, understand how personal histories affect life today, and to assist clients to become more at peace with themselves. I can assist not only with symptom relief but also with growth and change. This is done in a supportive atmosphere where you are accepted for who you are.

Many people feel uncomfortable considering therapy as an option for themselves. It can be difficult asking for assistance, believing that asking for help means we are inadequate in some way. In a do-it-yourself culture, reaching out to others can cause us to feel like we are less than, but trying to meet our own needs can actually be considered a strength. We can discuss your goals for what would be beneficial for you as an individual or as a couple.

I am offering virtual services in Boston, Massachusetts, as well as virtual services in surrounding cities. My license extends beyond these metropolitan areas statewide within Massachusetts. Through telehealth, I am also credentialed for services in Maine and Vermont.
